A leather jacket should feel like a second skin. If for any reason your selection doesn't meet your expectations or fit your silhouette perfectly, we are committed to making it right.
The Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return To maintain the integrity of our inventory for all customers, returned items must be:

Unworn and Unaltered: Items must show no signs of outdoor wear, stretching, or modification.

Original Packaging: Please return the item with all original tags attached and in its original protective dust bag/box.

Scent-Free: Items returned with scents of cologne, tobacco, or household cleaners cannot be accepted for a full refund.
The Process To initiate a return, simply email info@hidecrafts.com with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Once our quality control team in Texas inspects the returned piece, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
