30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging/tags where possible.

Return Label

If you request a refund or receive a damaged product, Hide Crafts will provide the return label.

The customer must first ship the item back to us using the return label provided. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process the refund.

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a return label so the item can be sent back to us.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
